Daynell Marbury is the Administrative Assistant at Eden Hall Foundation, where she supports program operations with a strong background in database management and organizational systems. Before joining Eden Hall, she served as the PA 211 Statewide Database Manager at United Way of Pennsylvania, overseeing the statewide service database and developing procedures to ensure consistency and quality across systems.
She previously worked as the Database Coordinator for PA211 Southwest and United Way of Southwestern PA, implementing effective data practices and providing technical support to call center staff.
Daynell began her nonprofit career with Communities in Schools of Philadelphia, where she served as the Program Officer for Philadelphia Freedom Schools—a culturally affirming math and literacy program focused on uplifting Black and Brown children. This role laid the foundation for her commitment to equity, access, and systems that work for people.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Temple University. Outside of work, Daynell is the owner of a growing resin craft business, where she creates keepsake art that captures personal memories and meaningful moments.
“I believe in having systems that work for people—organized, thoughtful ways of doing things that still feel human—and using creativity to bring us together.”
